“Definitely loved the way Preston handled my situation and got me set up on my own service in less then 10 minutes would definitely recommend to go through Preston if you come to this location ✊✊”
“Taylor was awesome, with upgrading my phone to transitioning everything over from the old phone to the new phone. Taylor made sure everything was perfect. This is hands down the easiest and best experience I have had through T-Mobile. Taylor made sure all my needs were met down to the phone, Keeping my payment the same, And just making the whole experience super easy and convenient! And just being in the store felt comfortable, All the employees would chat and talk and just made you feel like you were a friend visiting, very good experience and very professional! I highly recommend this store out of any T-Mobile store!”
“Took my mom in today to upgrade her Iphone 6. The gentleman (austin I belive) could not have been nicer. First he upgraded my plan which lowered my bill significantly and then quickly and efficiently transferred the data What a great experience. My mom now has the latest and I am a very happy camper. What a pleasant surprise given that in todays world customer service is a rarity”
“This is exactly what every Walmart is. Giant, clogged with people every weekend and has everything. In a small town like Vienna, it carries the things the local food chains can't sustain and their employees know where to point you when you ask for a specific item. This one gets an above average rating for having a self-checkout and relatively few lines. I appreciated getting to check myself out since I literally had two cans”
