“In the midst of remodeling an older home for our daughter who is an Intervention Specialist for pre-school children, we experienced very good consumer service in all departments. Doug however in the check out area would not honor our 10% discount which ALL other cashiers have honored. After paying per debit card ( cash,) he followed us to the transport vehicle not to assist with unloading..... rather monitoring the box on the bottom which we conveyed was crushed on the end. W”

“I’ve been in the Parkersburg area for almost a year and have driven by Scots many times, each time thinking someday I’m going to stop and check that place out. Today I was having a rough day and happened to drive by and decided today would be the day. Omgosh! What a treasure! I thought it was a garden center that had seasonal veggies, but it’s also a gift shop full of cool items artfully displayed, unique grocery items and an ice cream shop/bakery! I took my time strolling through, purchased a couple very reasonably priced items and find myself in good spirits once again eating a scoop of pumpkin pie ice cream and leaving this review. Thank you for lifting me out of the funk I was in! You can bet I’ll be back.”
