It's a lovely place, and a lot of the workers are quite reliable for information. The animals also seem to be quite healthy!!! Got a bearded dragon plus ALL of the things he needed from there, and he turned out to be a very easy going boy. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because sometimes it's kind of difficult to get ahold of someone for assistance.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE TO GET GROOMED!!! I JUST GOT MY DOG BACK FROM THE GROOMING PLACE AND HE HAS SHAVE BURNS. AND THEY DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT THEM.

I Had my toy poodle groomed here for the first time, they was absolutely amazing and very patient with my Bailey girl and accepted her and separation anxiety with nothing but kindness. These ladies was absolutely wonderful! I Will definitely be coming back for regular grooming and more! ❣️ Thank u Petsmart! Attached before and after photo of my Bailey girls spa day! 🥰❣️

I took my standard poodle to get groomed there and Katie is the best groomer that I've ever had she did a amazing job and was very nice will be going to her from now on price was reasonable also

They over book groomers - I had appt @ 2 and she also had 2 other dogs at that time. So lots of kennel time. Didn’t like that at all !

If i could give less than one star i would, i took my dogs here to get them groomed my dogs had their vaccinations and were there before their scheduled time we were promptly informed that the paperwork wasn't sufficient proof of vaccinations (despite being told over the phone that it was) and so we walked out to place a call the to the vet clinic and our appointment was canceled before we got to our car.

When I went to go check out there was nobody up there, but the manager. She was in the manager room, our eyes locked, and she continued to go behind the door and sit down. I don't know if she was on or off the clock, but a simple, Hey, someone will be up here soon would have sufficed. The way that she completely ignored me, it was extremely rude. And from reading, other comments seems to be very common. The employee was amazing that did come up and help me. She was busy doing other things in the store and that is completely understandable. It takes two seconds to say, hey, someone will be with you soon. To be so rude, i don't even want to meet her in real life because if she's that rude in the store, how rude is she in real life.

I have never had such a wonderful experience at a pet store before! They were so knowledgeable and helpful with everything i had questions on! Sunny went above and beyond to help me with my needs and I hope she is there every time I stop in! Greta was so kind and had fantastic customer service! I hope to see both of these ladies again!

I've been here a handful of times and never once has an employee asked if I needed help. Once we were walking around the fish tanks and accessory aisle for probably an hour and not once did anyone ask if we needed assistance. Also, their fish tanks for disgusting. It looks like they don't properly maintain them. The poor turtles' tanks were the worst. One tank was full of dead ghost shrimp. Zanesville, Ohio petsmart has the cleanest, well maintained tanks I've ever seen. I hate to sound mean, but I think someone needs to tell these people how to do their job.
