“I always have a pleasant experience at this location. Never a problem with the staff, or mail delivery.
I've seen cranky people at the front desk, and it always amazes me how they become rude to the employees, and get upset when they don't get their way. If you're going to act like a "Karen", you're going to get "Karen" responses. Just be patient and kind, because the lines there aren't trying to ruin your day. In fact, I believe the staff is helpful and friendly. You get what you put out. Groovy :)”
“The postal worker was polite, friendly, and efficient. When I visited around 2pm on a Thursday it was not busy and there were no other customers present, which was nice because there was no waiting.”

“Hard working, dedicated group of people. Side note, the reason they close at noon on Thursday is because unlike every other location in the area, they don't close down for an hour for lunch every other day of the week. Making things more convienent Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.”

“The guy with the beard deserves to be the Post Master of the USPS and I'm not talking about in Vienna or Wood County(though he most definitely should already be). This dude needs to be the Post Master General of the United States. This guy is the best employee I've ever come across and is truly an asset to the world its-self.”
