Sooo disappointed with this salon. I heard SUCH great reviews, and had such a poor experience. The man doing my nails tried telling me they didn’t have the color I originally picked out, even though I saw the receptionist grab the exact color and SHOWED it to me, and placed it at his station. Then he tried to make me pick out a more expensive polish that wasn’t even available in the color I wanted. Then he was mad the entire time he did my nails because I went with what I picked out in the first place. Had a crappy attitude the entire time, and while my nails don’t look terrible, they definitely are not worth the $70 I spent on them. The red-headed receptionist is super sweet though.

I went in today with a work friend of mines around noonish today 7/30/25. The guy that did my pedicure was very rude and had in air pods and just wasn’t listening or understanding what I was saying to him. I asked him several times for a different color of pink for nails. Then he got up with an attitude. Then I got the deluxe pedicure which comes with soaking and scrubbing the feet which he didn’t do until I asked him to. Then went to check out he rung me up and then just walked away. He’s lucky I left him a tip.

Got my lashes done today drove over an hour and they are un even the glue is caked on nothing was done correctly I have watched other people getting there’s and instead of laying down and using proper tools I was in a hair cutting chair and the whole time she had her whole hand on my face the whole time and kept pressing in on my eyes and pinching my skin of my eye lids with the tweezers, and even at the start some other worker walked up and made her stop to go check someone instead doing my lashes , would LOVE a refund I’m don’t want to come back.
