“The prints came out beautifully and on time, but I had asked for my print to be centered and margins left intact and they trimmed the margins. Didn’t have time to have it re-done so I just had to take it how it was.
It would have been nice to be offered a discount but they didn’t.
The project ended up turning out just fine so no harm done in the end.
I will use them in the future, but make sure I have plenty of time for any mistakes.”
