I had such a great experience with Ricky at Banter in Grand Central Mall! He was incredibly friendly and super helpful. Ricky went above and beyond by letting us see what the charm we were buying looked like on his own necklace to help us visualize how it would look for the person we were gifting it to. That personal touch really made a difference. He was so personable and genuine — excellent customer service all around! Highly recommend asking for Ricky if you’re shopping at Banter.
