My boyfriend just visited the store after we saw a Verizon commercial that states you can trade in ANY iPhone in ANY condition an add an iPad & Apple Watch with a certain plan. The person who waited on him told him to read "the fine print" as his iPhone doesn't qualify and told him a new phone with an unlimited plan would "only" be another $45/month. Never mentioned the iPad or Apple watch. Seems they need some more training. He was less than helpful & your ads are misleading. I am an AT&T customer so I called them, they offered a much better deal so my boyfriend will be with AT&T soon!

Very rude and unhelpful. My screen won't come on so I can't wipe the phone to turn it back in. Her answer was, oh well just send it back anyway. I said, I have personal information on my phone. She's says oh well, I don't know what to say. No one gives a damn! If Verizon can't do anything to help? Who can? I got nothing from Verizon.

The staff are very rude phone service good if you live right in town The Manager Jeff not willing to step up and makes things right like a manager should, rather they huddled in a group laughing. Bad customer service.

Beware. I have been a Verizon customer for 20 years and these salesmen are the absolute worst. They outright lied about a new watch and when I went to return it with proof that I'd been lied to, the manager refused to accept my proof, accused me of creating it (not sure how to do that on Verizon paper), and would not even waive the restocking fee. Please go to another store.

Two stars for the employee telling us to come back in three days because they would be having new discounts on the new phone we were there to get.Zero stars for the return trip. We found they did not have the phone in stock (or others we asked about), the discounts were on pre-orders for the phone, and the amount of the discount they said we would get was $450 less than the actual discount.In the end, we would have been better off to just order the phone online and not waste the time going to the 'store'.If we had wanted an online ordering kiosk, it would have met the requirements.

No direct phone number, store only does appointments. You get routed to a call center, I was on hold 45 minutes, still no answer.

Not customer friendly. Downgraded my phone without looking at my options. Really wanted to get the transaction done and get rid of me. I see your response. I visited three times. You would not upgrade and you would not take your phone back the very next day without restocking fee. I am returning it via customer service. And, after three years we are taking out 4 lines to another company.

The Verizon store in Parkersburg West Virginia is a very well run establishment! Despite being 5:00 p.m., I was helped within minutes and a sales associate named Maria along with some help from colleagues worked together and solved my issue! Thanks again Maria!
