I would have given 10,000 7-10 year olds Venti quad shot espresso and all the candy they would desire than to deal with a shroud of ... not the point, but it was delightfully chaotic.

I shop here a lot. But there are some issues I've ran into. I was buying stuff for my daughter on her WIC. I tried to buy bread that was WIC approved according to the app. The manager lied and said there's nothing he can or is allowed to do. When all he had to do is manually enter the product and it would have been paid for. I tried 3 different product that are approved by WIC according to the states app and the tags on their store shelves and had the same problem with 0 help from management.

if i could give them 0 stars i would. they tried carding me whenever my boyfriend was buying his own drinks and said that if i was older it wouldn't have been a problem since im not 21 (even tho im about to turn 20 ). straight up profiled me when i just wanted a kitkat and chips. those 2 lady employees were extremely rude and i hope management looks at the cameras to see that interaction cause it was unreal and im very disappointed that they would hire such disrespectful women.

I can handle the grocery side cuz it's usually set up pretty nice; however, I think it's still quite a hassle to find help because they never have enough associates working and in most cases they (the associates) have to know about every department and honestly it's hard to know every department unless you've been there for years.... Self checkout is always nice, because there is someone there to help in most cases. The stores look varies from location to location and how many people are in the area. I mean some Walmarts stay so busy it's virtually impossible to keep up store facing. So don't blame all of the associates when there is not enough of them.....

Impossible to get someone from a department to answer their phone. Not only that, but no one else seems to be able to help with that department if they're busy.

It used to be the door people asking for receipts that ruined every trip here, but now it's the checkout people by self checkout whispering about customers scanning items or not.
