Hello. I am a regular customer at Wash-Rite carwash in Vienna, Parkersburg. Recently, while I was at Wash-Rite, I experienced one of the most disrespectful things a customer could ever experience. A young male employee of yours, who I believe is named Steven, was making rude comments regarding previous customers that day at Wash-Rite. He was saying racist and homophobic comments that I cannot repeat, even over email. On top of that, I saw him trying to sneak hits off what I assume to be a THC vape pen. I feel as if Wash Rite in the last couple of months hasn't been doing so well at employing professional workers, and it has been progressively making my experiences at Wash-Rite less enjoyable and simply not worth it.

I've been a member of various car washes from the west coast to the east coast. This was one of the best friendliest, most helpful, and caring staff. I ordered America's Best car wash. It missed a few spots (which I expected as I just finished a 3000-mile move), and with no questions asked, they ran me through again at no charge. Good job management and staff. I will be signing up all three vehicles here. Extra shout out to the young man, I believe named Stephen, who assisted me.

Staff was very attentive and responsive to my needs, the car wash went quickly and it did a nice job I used the car matt vacuum, the micro fiber towels, and the car vacuum, everything worked well.

I have the $25 package and soap still remains on vehicle and i never yet have seen my underneath cleaned. But its still worth it.
