“I was able to pull right up to the front door. (Not in a handicapped spot of course.) I was greeted with enthusiasm by the staff when I entered. I was able to see exactly where I needed to go to from the front door. I was very happy to see the good old, big and thick book of oil and air filters promenantly displayed in the rear of the store. The book was even in excellent condition! Which made it easy to find the air filter I needed for my 2013 Ford F-150 XLT. I was able to get the cover lifted up enough to remove the old filter with a bit of muscle and persuasion. After picking up a K&N filter and making an attempt to install it, I found that I was having a lot of trouble getting the top of the filter box back on. Even before I got back to the front door, one of the employees was coming out to check on me I think. We found what the issue was together! A factory installed hose clamp that needed loosened, almost to the point of coming apart. Doing so allowed me to separate the air hose leading to the engine from the outlet on the top of the air filter box. With the air filter top free, I could now get the angle required to get the tabs on the right side to properly go in. Which finally let me latch it back down. Props to AutoZone for letting me use one of thier large screwdrivers. They even let me in the back to wash my hands real quick. Very kind of them!Overall, a good experience!”

I pulled into advance for zip ties bc I had some plastic rubbing against the tire..I thought it was from when a scammer (apparently its still a thing) did his ? and acted like I hit him? Walmart on Southside did my last oil changed and did not line up the cover go figure.

“Our old van door came off the track. They fixed it, fast, well, and affordably. We got a new van recently and the doors were sticky. I stopped by to let them take a look, and in just a few minutes, the man I spoke with took a few minutes to tell me he didn't think I needed to worry, explained how to clean it and grease it well to keep it in better condition, and told me how to troubleshoot it if the doors acted up again when I was out. Just really nice, friendly, efficient, honest folks in every interaction we've had.”

“I brought my car to brush's to get an estimate for the damage from a fender bender. The owner did the estimate and was so friendly. He told me it would take 3 days to fix. I dropped my car off the day I was scheduled to have it fixed. 3 days to the second I called and my car was ready. Not only did they fix everything that was wrong with it, but they also detailed the inside and outside of my car. It looked like it was a brand new car when I left. I highly recommend this place for any body damage you have to your vehicle that needs fixed. I would rate they well over 5 stars if I was able to!”
