When we walked in, the employee was on the phone speaking a foreign language, which was ok. We weren't being waited on yet. He hung up and switched my husband's phone to boost. Before finishing up with us he made a call and again was speaking in a foreign language, which I thought very rude since we were still customers. He paused from his conversation on the phone to say we're done, then continued with the phone conversation. Nothing else was said not even a goodbye, thank you, or anything.
I will not recommend going to Boost Mobile on Three Springs Drive.
I've not had any problems with Boost Mobile as a carrier, but that employee was very rude.
I only wish I remembered his name....

Wasn't open, despite declaring to be so.
There was a reply from boost saying that's not the level of service they strive for, but apparently it's gone before I could reply. Here's some extra info, this is extremely normal for boost in weirton. So much so that the other boost store we drive ages for knew exactly where without my saying a location. They should just close up shop. It's bad enough boost stores suffer from inadequate equipment thanks to bad owners and management, but at least the other places are open as advertised. Weirton boost should just close.

Very distasteful. Been a customer for longer than could be remember. The man that was working in the store very combative. Tried altering promotion refused to acknowledge the promotions.

I do not know who the men who work there, they are from India with broken english and get very upset when you ask to either slow down or repeat but this store never has anything except what is on display. The only thing that they do is take payments which I do myself. It's one of the worse phone stores that works for Boost.

Spoke with someone about changing my plan, although we were unable to do so, she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the entire situation, I DO NOT suggest Steubenville’s boost at all. Gave me run around for months about something that couldn’t even be done!

She couldn't answer any questions about the phones they sell and said she knows nothing about phones. I asked about the deals online and she said she doesn't know about the deals. She also said she uses AT\\u0026T so she doesn't know how Boost services are in this area. So we left to go talk to Boost employees in Steubenville.

Great Great service, Biru gave me quick very knowledge service. Everyone should know about the prepaid Xfinity. So much cheaper.

Tried to get new upgrade SIM card provided by Boost but the store wasn't open at posted business hours. I returned two hours later and asked the attendant if my Note 8 was capable to get the new network update. Without asking what the model number of my Note 8 he just flatly stated my phone wasn't compatible.When I made it home I contacted Boost Mobile on Facebook and inquired about my phone there. First thing they asked was my Note 8's model number. Sure enough it's compatible. I will not be wasting my time with this store as long as the salesperson is working there.
