I visited the Three Springs Drive Dollar General location today in Weirton, West Virginia and had a most wonderful experience. After a simple excursion through the store finding my items to purchase, the cashier, Patty, pleasantly greeted me with a lovely smile and eye contact. She asked how my day was going and immediately made me feel right at home. Patty efficiently took care of my transaction and made sure all of my discounts and coupons worked. I appreciated the way that Patty made the extra effort to provide excellent customer service that most businesses lack these days. Thank you for having such a kind, considerate person in your employ. I would highly recommend this Dollar General to family, friends, and colleagues.
