Was just here the my order came up 16.00 over and said it wasn't approved and everything had was WIC approved asked her to see where the charge came from and she stared at the screen said I I don't see what it is told her well ma'am all stuff I scanned was scanned by the WIC app prior to purchase can we figure out how there is a payment of 16.00 she stated idk what it is what do you want to take off real nasty tryed calling their store and not one person has picked up in 15 minutes on hole after request for a supervisor

Where do I begin? Most of their prices are ridiculously higher than other nearby grocery stores unless you want a digital coupon item. The problem with the digital coupon items is that they never reduce it correctly and ALWAYS in their favor. This causes you about 10 to 15 extra minutes trying to explain their mistake to them while everyone waiting in line is looking at you like YOU did something wrong. I then did an online pick-up order to avoid this issue and they charged, recharged and over-charged my credit card 3 times on the exact same transaction. After 5 times in a row of these same types of mistakes, you have to start thinking it is on purpose. I literally had to contact my credit card company and show proof to get reimbursed for the several "mistakes". If you have hours of time to spend to fix their mistakes every time you purchase there then this is the place for you.

Have been satisfied with the store in the past, however less and less open check out lines. Last Tuesday early evening there were no open lanes, only self checkout. If this is the new policy I will be an ex customer.

Our?WV-geographic area's answer to awesome PUBLIX grocery stores of South Florida?(Miami & Ft. Lauderdale),Kroger has a wider(and overall better)selection of food brands compared to other area stores, especially ✨healthy foods and juice drinks✨. In addition, the ?housewares section, especially during Halloween, Thanksgiving, Xmas, Spring&Summer always has above-average offerings--decor, furniture,etc. A delight to shop here✨?✨and I appreciate its convenient proximity to diminutive yet bustling ?New Cumberland, WV? of Appalachia?

The hiring manager is rude and very Condescending. No wonder they cant keep people. If she treats you rudely and you never met just think how you will be treated once she knows you. In this day and age I still believe treat others how you want to be treated.

Overall I love this store but today Sunday March 12th at 2:38 pm I wanted someone from customer service there was a sign up that said it was temporarily closed...30 minutes later a woman showed up saying she was heading on break...and would be back in 30 minutes....really how do you need a break from a position you haven't been working. It was a real black mark for me... customer service should be manned during the appropriate hours period.

First time doing pickup at this location. The spots are set up a little different but the process was easy and fairly fast. (Pickup around 4:45pm on a Sunday)I'm not a fan of pickups because of they don't have something you don't know until last minute, so that is a downfall because if you are planning a meal you might not get everything you need.Other then that, service was great and prices were good!

Poor customer service. No one to put my groceries in the cart or help me out to my car. Asked the cashier to get all the stuff in the cart before I pay. To me not only am I paying for the groceries but paying for a service not received. He goes over and gets another woman to come to the register but still leaves me without a second person bagging, or putting in the cart, or to carry the groceries out for me. To me I pay way to much money in groceries every week to not have decent or exceptional customer service.

I live in Pittsburgh and was down Weirton visiting and stopped in Krogers! I bought several items and a big flower (gold poinsettia). I realized when I got home I had left it in the buggy! I called and spoke with a lady manager! She was very rude and was insinuated that I didn’t leave it! She was yelling to people while I was on the phone asking them if the found a flower and she said she didn’t know what to tell me but no one found it! Like what kind of costumer service is that! It would cost ms more on gas then what the flower was even worth but terrible manager to not even try to help figure it out! Not to mention i was in there late the night before she was asking people in the morning shift! Wouldn’t even listen to let me explain how they would know when they wasn’t even there! I will never go in there but hope they find better ways to serve people!
