“I'm so happy that I came to Village Pharmacy again. The staff there are so friendly and go the extra mile to get your medicine, if questions or issues arise. They deliver & open on weekends!! I most definitely recommend!! ?”

“I think the bad reviews were when Walmart switched employees and had all new staff and Pharmacists. My husband and I have always been treated well. It was just a little chaotic with the change of employees. Some new ones that are no longer there may not have done well. Who they have now are great!”

“Odd to make a review of a grocery store on grocery pick up alone but I had to commend the ease of grocery pick up and friendliness of the staff. Yes I drove to another state only 18 miles away Mind you but that's a bit farther than my local Walmart which is about 3-4 miles. Reason one I tried another location is I could make an order for pick up the next day, whereas my Walmart which is Robinson township had its soonest pick up for 6 days away, and not only is that a convenient but when you go to pick up you usually have to wait an extended period of time. I understand t gets busy and not one persons fault, I just find that as an inconvenience. The Weirton location is easy to access off 22/30, the parking lot is large and the pick up area is on the far end of the building where it's less congested. Yes I'm doing the is review off of one visit and one employee but that's what it takes to bring customers back and gain loyalty. I will update this review on my next visit.”

“This is a great store and the employees are awesome!!! While picking up an online order I was greeted at the door by a very friendly associate named Chris. She really went above and beyond to help me figure out the Walgreens app to utilize for store coupons and sales. Her excitement at helping me save money made my day! Thank you, Chris I appreciate you!!!!”

“I wanted to recognize one of your young employees who helped me on Sunday after I fell while trying to grab a yogurt from the shelf. He immediately came over to help me up and kept asking if I was okay and if I needed anything. I swear he asked me at least 25 times just to make sure I was alright. After the fall I was too nervous to reach for the yogurt again so he asked me which ones I wanted and put them in my cart for me without hesitation. He also stopped what he was doing to make sure the spill was cleaned up so no one else would get hurt. His kindness patience and genuine concern made a stressful situation so much easier. He went far above what I would ever expect from an employee and deserves to be recognized for the outstanding customer service he provided. Thank you for having employees like him.”
