Not A Good Experience!In our opinion Robinson Construction is Not a company to hire to do Any remodeling work.(Unless you want to be Aggravated for an Extended Period Of Time.)We Hired them to remodel/install a bathroom steam shower.In Our Opinion when the company owner tells us that the job will be completed in 4 weeks and the first payment is given on 3-4-21 and their final day of work at our house is 1-6-22 That Is Not 4 weeks!In Our Opinion when the owner of the company was asked about the company warranty and he says that as long as he is here he will make sure that we are taken care of means just what he says.In Our Opinion several things about the job need attention but our calls and texts are not being answered and the items needing attention are not being dealt with. Apparently in 10 short months our "as long as I'm here I will make sure that you are taken care of" warranty has expired.In Our Opinion when a man gives his Word he Honors His Word. In Our Opinion his Word was not kept on multiple matters.In Our Opinion this company was once run professionally and with integrity by its former owner(Mr. Robinson) but sadly not now.In Our Opinion attempting to add about $2,000.00 to our bill for product that the owner originally stated was within our budget but later recanted is Not acceptable business practice!In Our Opinion the workers are Very Decent gentlemen especially the current owners son who very much pays attention to detail.. But unfortunately the company is woefully mismanaged.(Actually not managed at all)Aside from when payments were made we rarely saw the owner.With All Of the aforementioned being considered In Our Opinion one would do well to Not Hire Robinson Construction.Services: Bathroom remodeling

Would stay far away of this “business”.We hired Robinson and Sons to do many jobs at our business. This included replacing multiple doors at our building. (That we paid approximately $10,000 for)(each set)These doors were installed around 4 years ago. In this 4 years we have had NOTHING but issue after issue with our doors. Door handles falling off, locks not working correctly, door handles rusting within ONE YEAR, etc. You name it and we had an issue with it. Not only does this company not provide quality work, they also do not care to follow up with work they’ve done to try to help fix it or make it right..they won’t even take your phone call or call you back when you leave a voicemail . We’ve tried to get in contact many times in regards to the many issues we’ve had with the doors installed by them and we don’t even hear back. Some were emergency situations. Waste of time working with this company.Absolutely would not waste your time (or money…they’re not cheap at all) and I would find another company to do your work.Service: Remodeling

Called multiple times, got through once only to get a rude secretary who said she'd get me on the schedule for an estimate. When I pressed to find out when, so I could coordinate them coming over, she yelled "I said I'll get you on the schedule" and hung up. This job is to test contractors responsiveness . These guys missed out on a small bathroom sewer pipe project and a 120K kitchen remodel. SUX2BTHEM.

We gave Brian Robinson a $5600.00 down-payment on Jan. 7, 2021 for a bathroom remodel. We never got a commitment for a start date and he didn't return our money until April 19, which was on the last day he had to respond to the magistrate before receiving a judgment and we filed a lien.Service: Refurbishment

Worst experience with a contractor ever. Gave $5600.00 deposit on a bathroom remodel on January 7, 2021. Never could get a start date. He told me on the 7th he was two weeks from finishing a bathroom and would call then to schedule. After almost a month I contacted him and he told me he was two weeks from finishing a bathroom ... seriously. He didn't even bother to try a new story. So we agreed to mid- February. He was supposed to meet at our house on February 8, but he didn't call or show up. The next day he called and said his father was in the hospital. On February 22, I requested that we end the nonsense and he said he would return our money. That was the last we ever heard from him. Now sixty-three days later I am sending a folder full of emails to the Attorney General.

We want a major kitchen remodel and contacted them for an estimate as they are an established Weirton company. The condescending gentleman arrived at our home, barely looked around and then quoted us a price so outlandish as to be laughable — if we paid that, we would have priced our home right out of the neighborhood and even the entire county. It has taken us five months but we are finally getting our work done, beautifully, at about 1/3 of the price quoted from these people. Clearly, Robinson & Son did not want our money. I am thankful on their behalf, that they do so well that they can blow off legitimate work and offend the people who might hire them. Best of luck! But I would never, ever approach them again

Robinson's crew added a new deck and a roof over on our house as well as a pantry to our home. They also replaced our roof, all done summer 2018. The crew are excellent workers and did an outstanding job on the house. The crew is also very personable and were fun to be around. They worked every day Monday thru Friday and even showed when raining. The cost quoted was what we paid, unless we changed something. I would recommend Robinson!
