Cashier Nancy can have a very nasty tone and attitude with guests. Some days she acts appropriately but there are some days where Nancy shouldn't be allowed near guests.
Update: The number one reason that this store has turn over and upset employees is due to Michelle. She is a awful little thing. She is do incredibly disrespectful to everyone. The gentleman that runs the kitchen does a great job but constantly mentions hoe he is unable to fill orders as order due to the incompetence of Michelle.
Coen is a great company, then tend to put managers in position they are not ready for or qualify for (like Michelle). But love the company and the offering they provide.

I shop at coen often. And we hate this location just because of the GM. She is rude and disrespectful to customers and staff. She is usually in the way doing some unimportant while there is a line and not helping her team. I swear her name is Michelle. Coming here when she isn't here is great because all of her staff hate her and go out of their way to say incredibly horrible and funny things about her.

Stupid is website I ever seen. Cannot look at their menu unless you join their site, don't wanna join their site. Just wanted to look at their menu. So now they will never get my business again.

I tried to place an order and was informed that they close in one hour and fifteen minutes that I was not allowed to order food that was not already sitting under the heat lamps for hours. Shame on you guys. All so they could go home quicker. All they wanted to do was clean up. Thought this place serves food. The cashier was exceptionally rude about it. Sad I wanted to spend my money here. This is the second time I was treated poorly. Management should watch what happens after 7:00 pm that is when all incidents occur. On the way out I noticed 3 people hanging out on the side smoking. Obviously that was the priority. I took my money right down the street to Theo Yannis they happily took my money and thanked me for it.

Not only did I wait in line they couldn’t even get the register to work because some guy wouldn’t hang his pump up and after five minutes of waiting I decided I said hey I will go out the door and have him hang the pump up well I did yell out the door and after I turned around and just let the rest in after I helped her out then, after waiting in line 3 times I couldn’t even get my cigarettes at the price state because I don’t have a club card. Well don’t you think after the third time of me waiting and going and helping having a guy hang up his pump don’t you think you could’ve just put your f$$$$$ information in and if someone steps out of line to help you get the register working don’t you think you should let him take his place back at the front I stop every day and buy two packs of ciggs never agin will I spend my money in your establishment I spend close to 1000 dollars a month there and you seriously treat your customers like this and now I have to go without my necessities so unless I get a gift card I will never go back and my family takes up half of Weirton I will be sure to let them know not to use you as well

Should not have ELDERLY people working the food early morning. They are far from fast. 3rd time in a row they didn't have food that I ordered. Just a simple biscuits and gravy. But at 7:00am I now have been waiting over 20mins for 1 biscuit... smh

The store is super clean and has some really good food.the issue is the employee smoking pot in the parking lot then returning back to work,me and my family go there alot it's a shame they allow this there.
