Took my truck there because it rattles when it starts up. Told me it would be a week. 32 days and $2000 later they said absolutely nothing wrong with my truck. My truck still rattles and I’m out $2000. Obviously they don’t know how to work on stuff. Also ask for a detail, they said they were cleaning it up when I picked it up. All they did was spray some funky smelling stuff in there and did not clean it one bit. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This dealership will tell you anything to sell you a used car. Ive never had so many misrepresented statements made that proved to be false. Just a total misrepresentation of the facts. Buyer beware is all I can say

Don't buy a used vehicle from here. Not only was the mileage off by 8k from the pictures, also the salesman did not know and couldn't find the asking price for the vehicle that HE tried to sell my 19 year old son who went down with my wife. Funny how the tunes change when a more experienced buyer puts pressure on the sales staff to get the proper information. We are buying from another dealer that has the exact same vehicle for 5k less and is ford certified with a 7y/100k mile warranty. Notice to salesman, you can't fool people who know what you are trying to do. I will never buy anything from these people.

I've tried working with this dealer about first giving me a price and year on the phone. And when i go to get truck first was wrong year and also wrong price was over 1,000 dollars more then told and year was a year older then what i was told. Then told me only damage was a dent in the bed of truck which wasn't only damage. And then charged me for a service contract so ask them to refund that and been 5 months no refund and they don't call you back or anything this dealer is worst one i've ever done business with beware.

I experienced a problem with my vehicle while on the road hours from home. I called This dealer and they told me to bring it in. When I arrived there, a qualified diesel tech was waiting and went right to work. I was back on the road in about 30 minutes. High praise for these guys.

Agree. Not trustworthy. I bought a new 2013 fusion. a couple of moths later the wheel liner came loose and fell off while I was driving and ripped my back bumper half off. I initially thought someone hit it because I did not know what happened until I saw it in the parking lot. at first they put it back together and said they needed to order pins for it. then they called said pins were in. when I went down was told pins were not made for this and would need new bumper. said is not covered under warranty. Told regional manager that it was damage I caused by hitting something. This was after they said they would fix it. The person now who says I hit something never saw the car when the damage occurred but was able to say it was a result of hitting something. I followed my route from the previous day when the liner fell off and found it. Took it to the dealership but they did not even look at it to see if I had damaged it or what had happened. I believe it was a factory defect and the liner was loose and pulled away from the wheel well. I call ford and they said they support dealerships decisions so they are really not customer support but dealership support. From now on I'm going across the river to a TEAM that cares about their customers.

The wife and I bought our first new vehicle (as a married couple) here several months back. Very easy process, especially compared to my last vehicle. Paid a fair price and got a great value on our trade-in. I wish they wouldn't try to upsell stuff at the end though (i.e., service package, paint protector, etc.) But what dealer doesn't do that, it definately didn't make or break the deal. The service department so far has been great. Very knowledgeable and they keep you informed of the progress of the work, even something as simple as an oil change. Only complaint would be that the service department waiting area could have more comfortable seating and it would be nice if I could change the TV channel, I don't care to watch The Today Show on NBC.
