I’ve had consistently great experiences at this pharmacy. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to answer my questions. They fill prescriptions quickly, and I’ve never had an issue with delays. I especially appreciate how they take the time to explain medications and offer helpful advice when needed. The pharmacy is clean, well-organized, and makes picking up prescriptions stress-free. Highly recommend

Lisa, the pharmacist, is an amazing person. She takes time to listen to your concerns and she explains the do's and don't's in away that that you understand.

Not happy with this place at all! First off, they didn't get both of my scripts, had to drive back to the hospital to get a written script for one of them. Second, go in at 12:45 to get them filled and they tell me they are going to lunch and won't be back till 1:30! Both at the same time! I had to sit in the parking lot in gout pain and agony with a swelled ankle waiting on them! Third, after all the waiting, they tell me they don't take my insurance! I had to pay out of pocket for my scripts! Why couldn't they of checked that first, I would of went to Walmart to get them filled. Only reason i even came here is cause my regular pharmacy is closed on Sunday and they were closer than Walmart. I will never use that pharmacy again! I wouldn't recommend going to them, not a good way to do business!!

The manager at the Wellsburg, WV Kroger grocery store is a cheater, and she refused to give me 7.79 back for pan ENTENNMAN's fudge cake, which was advertised buy-one get one free on 4/30/23. The small placards had been placed all around the ENTENNMAN's pastry stand, and on 5/1/23, when I presented the receipt, she argued with me. I told her that the cake was one of the products listed for the buy one get one free sale, but apparently she'd rather lose a customer than give the money back. She was worried about a measly two dollars and refused to give me my $7.79 back for the buy one get one free.. I was irate that she was worried about such a small amount. I then told them what I thought all the way out to my car. So caveat emptor. This store and it's people will cheat you, and they're not very good at customer service. I will never shop there again. Beware!

Don't buy the corn with the husks removed at Kroger in Wellsburg. It was on a rack in the back at the end of the bread aisle. We bought a 4 pack for $2.99. It tasted awful like chemicals.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Every single time they over charge on multiple items and the only way to get your money back is to return to the store. The employees and management are rude and unhelpful. They act like you are bothering them if you ask a question. Terrible place and they take full advantage of being the only full size grocery store in town. The very worst Kroger with in 50 miles!!

The store was recently renovated and the management has changed since previous reviews. One specifically was written during the renovation and that's why it was "tore apart." The employees are hard working,and the new management is extremely friendly... I have personally seen them give products away, just for good public relations.

The store is tore apart. The employees are friendly but I have personally witnessed management belittle and talk down to them and a couple members of management talk to customer s just as badly. This used to be a 5 star store but has really hit rock bottom in just the last couple months. Unless you have to have to have something late at night , I would avoid this Kroger.
