Absolutely outstanding.
We stopped by mid day yesterday (8/1), requesting help with a toilet installation. They promised today. Shortly after 3:PM on 8/1, they called and said the could come by and install it yesterday afternoon and installed it a day early.

First and foremost, Cipoletti Plumbing is a staple in our city and has always been recognized as a family friendly provider that puts the customer's best interest first. As much as I hate to write reviews, I am disappointed with my most recent correspondence. Due to a significant leak, I requested an appointment with a technician and within the last week I have yet to receive an acknowledgement. I understand Cipoletti's only has (2) teams available, but I would at least expect some sort of customer service response. Cipoletti Plumbing use to provide emergency callouts so I'm assuming this option is no longer available unless it's a "Gas Line" or "Hot Water Tank".

It is a lot nicer shopping experience than the big box stores. They have most of the essentials for diy projects. Its very convenient having them right here in Wellsburg

About as worthless as a business can get. Waited two months 4 phone calls and two garenteed days for a plumber to come out. Guess what no plumber toilet still broke. To be fair this is only for the plumbing side. I'm not talking about the store of its employees

I had a drain back up in my basement and within an hour they had a plumber in my driveway and had my issue resolved. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They explained what was going on and answered all of my questions. Cleaned up after themselves and left me with a functioning drain!! I could not be happier with the service from the phone call to the repair!!
