My wife and I were travelling home from Florida on March 31, 2025 and broke down on the I79. I managed to get off the Interstate and onto US19. I tried without luck to get assistance from AAA. Thank god I found Hitt's number and called them. Chris assured me they could help. By midafternoon David, the owner, drove to our location with bottles of water and offered to drive us to a hotel. The tow truck picked up the truck and took it back to the garage. The next morning they diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. When the truck could not get fixed by end of day, I called David as my wife needed medication stored in the truck. David immediately offered to find the medication and drop it off at the hotel. The next day he picked me up in the afternoon and brought me to the garage to get the truck. I was able to meet some of the team who all knew about our situation.
David just called me to follow up and make sure we got home ok.
I cannot say enough to praise Hitt's team for their efforts and kindness to travelling strangers in need. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road home as soon as possible. They have reconfirmed our faith in the value of quality customer service at the highest level. I wanted to post this story as a testament and recommendation for Hitt's Garage.

I had a friend who broke down and needed to get back on the road as soon as possible to meet their family at an airport in Florida the following day. I called Hitt’s and they immediately looked at their car. My friend was on the road within a few hours. Great customer service!

I love Hitt’s! I have been taking my car here for years for regular maintenance, oil changes, details, tires, etc. They do a fantastic job and are always fair on price. The staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with.

I was hit by a drunk driver in may. My car was sent to Hitt’s garage to have the whole passenger side replaced. I picked it up Monday afternoon and I’m telling you it looks brand new!
They treat you like family and make sure you get the best possible service! Thanks again guys!

I was broken down out of state .They lied and stated I need a new battery and alternator. I advised them just replaced a day . They charged me almost $600, My car broke down 20miles down the road they refused to come get my car.I had another shop look.at it.Thier mechanic messed up my wiring to alternator. Hitts refused to take responsibility and never gave me any refund or help me.

I took my vehicle here upon recommendation. The service far exceeded my expectations. The communication from the garage to customer was the best I have ever experienced. They were very friendly, transparent, and honest. I will be a return customer and highly recommend this garage!
