“The gentleman I talked to on the phone was extremely helpful. He stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes walking me through diagnosing my own machine since he couldn’t take anymore service calls. When all was said and done, he saved me a few hundred dollars on a new part that wouldn’t have fixed the issue (was going to buy a new PCB board for the machine and that didn’t end up being the issue). Really great service and very knowledgeable.”

“I buy daily from menards is westover and in bridgeport. They have large quantities of everything and better prices then home depot normally before the 11 percent discount. The only part I dont like is from Thanksgiving until spring they stop the 11 percent discount. Great store. Great service. Everyone very helpful and very nice always.”
