Dexter love's getting his grooming done at Petsmart. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They always do a great haircut and are patient with him on getting his nails trimmed.

I ordered online on the way to the store because I was in a rush, and the price was lower online. But I was told by store associates upon arriving that those orders can take HOURS to hit their system. The store associates were super understanding and were able to cancel the order, and then match the online price for me in the store. 5 Star customer service. Plus if it makes a difference to you, this is the best lit and cleanest pet store around.

We get our dogs' nails done here monthly. They always get us right in, and the service is spot on. Always pleasant employees. My uses the wash station at times when we don't feel like destroying our bathroom. Its very helpful. And the prices on services are better than the competition.

Ashley D. is an excellent dog trainer. She's very knowledgeable, giving precise instructions and explains clearly what the next task is. She explains the reason it will help in the development of your dog. Our Mastiff Ivy absolutely loves her. I'm looking forward to continuing this journey with her.
