I was told it did not take Sd cards...well I was worried about my pics. Then I read paper on how to use. Well it said SD card not included. So I took protective cover off and pulled out Sim tray..my SD card fit on other side of Sim card perfectly. Turned my phone back on and it said SD card inserted!.. then I found all the pics that were on it. Luke was very nice. Maybe he was not aware that it took SD card...I don't know but at least I did not loose pics!

Representative was very knowledgeable. WiFi and Cell service was very slow. Back ups, software updates, and phone transfer took a very long time.
