Gerry ignored me, in person & on the phone while never calling me after saying he would.
I’m from NY so idk any1 local but the 1st time I went here I asked if he could fix/replace my driver side mirror. He said he’d have to look it up and let me know.
I waited for a call for 2+ weeks. Then called him to ask if he was able to get the info…he wasn’t able to & would call me back.
Weeks passed by so I went in person & he said “oh yea I meant to call you, I’ll get that info & let you know”.
Still NEVER called months later. Guess he doesn’t care about new customers…which is fine but then say that you’re not taking new clients on.

Gary explained what the charges would be before he started the repair. The total was less than quoted. It is great to save money and deal with honest people. Definitely recommend The Auto Shop.
