Told the stylist I want it to be high&tight and to use scissors to Cut the top. She started with the trimmer to cut the sides and then began using them to cut the top. I told her to use scissors when cutting the top. She continued using the trimmer and want to know what type of shampoo and conditioner I was using. I told her and then she suggested to try what product they have, and continued using the trimmer on my hair on the top of my head. THANK YOU NOW I LOOK LIKE STATE Trooper OR A D.I. IN THE ARMY.

I recently moved to PA and visited a recent shop in the state! The 1st time I went was Great, the 2nd time, not so much! The girl really did a number on my hair! So, I drove an hour to Wheeling to have Paula cut my hair, n she is absolutely amazing! She fixed my hair no problem n was sharing stories with me! Absolutely love her!

Service seems to be going down hill and price keeps going up. Walked in after checking in online and waited an additional 35-40 minutes even though the app told me it was time to go in. No clients were in the chairs when I walked in though one was waiting. Both stylist just causally sweeping and chatting like the place was empty. Then when it was my turn to get my haircut the stylist cleaned up their station and left the floor for 5-10 minutes then came in and used the restroom for some time. Noticed I was not happy with my wait, but said they have been slammed all day. That may be true but they weren’t busy when I went in. May be time to look somewhere else for a cut.

They listen and don’t give you a haircut you didn’t ask for. Been to the Saint Clairsville GreatClips they didn’t listen to what I asked for then this Shop fixed the problem ??

They skip you if your hair takes too long. I had checked in online, and had approx. 30 minute wait. I arrived at the salon, waited until it was my turn, when one of the stylists asked what I was having done- wash and a blow out - she mumbled something about 20 minutes and said she was going to skip me. I go to this particular salon every week and this is the first time someone has purposely said that they would skip me. I waited my turn, just like everyone else, just to be skipped.Services: Kids' cuts
