DONT GO HERE!!! I have been going here for years and they’ve always tried to convince me to make my nails longer or choose a different shape or say that they didn’t like the color that I chose and when I told them no it’s OK. I want what I already chose. Then they would be really aggressive. They made me bleed multiple times and just recently I got my nails done. The lady was kind of mean and when I went in to go, have them taken off, I told her repeatedly do not cut my real nail and to give me the bowl to soak them off and do not pluck them off she pluck them off and made me bleed, (she Cut my nail To the shortest it could ) and it really hurt and when I went to go pay for it anyways she tried charging me more money than what it has always been, and I had to argue with her just to get it to the normal price. If you get French tips, they never make the tips Look nice if you get a pedicure they hurt you and tell you it’s fine. And the lady told me once when I was getting my nails taken off that it was my fault that it hurt(she used the drill thing and cut my finger. I don’t understand how that’s my fault.) Go to Vegas in Bethlehem. I’m pretty sure the store name Starts with a P

Filthy store. Manicurist kept asking me to get a different shape than I asked for. I asked for ombre so when she tried to remove overspray, she pushed her own fingernail into my skin each time she rubbed the paper towel with remover on my fingers. It was painful. She was very aggressive. When she finished, I washed my hands and noticed I still had white all over my skin around my nails. I asked to have it removed. I was told water would remove it even though I just washed my hands WITH WATER! After I paid $75 and tipped, she said she would remove the overspray. She then proceeded to file my skin with the flat side of her emery board instead of using remover! Still had overspray on me when I walked out. Guess what? It's 3 days later, 3 showers and numerous hand washing and the white is still there!Never again! CLEAN YOUR STORE!

GO TO ERIC AND RUBYS INSTEAD!! They will not disappoint you have my full promise.! I originally went here for a nail fix and color change. The only nail broken was my pointer finger. When I called a day ahead they told me 30 for the single nail fix and for the color change Considering I didn’t get a refill and they didn’t touch any other nails, other than paint them. When I was getting them done, she told me five extra for the glitter that I had added to my nails, which I said was fine.( I already knew they charged extra for that stuff). After the appointment of her aggressively grabbing my nails and burning my cuticles off with the drill and not taking my previous color off all the way or drilling under my nails to get the green off she told me it would cost $45. (Let’s make it clear that if it was done right I wouldn’t be upset about the situation or the fact they false advertise and lie about prices). When I said something she then
Told me I got charged so much because my nails were long. Mind you she didn’t do the acrylic or touch my other nails other then paint them black and threw some glitter on them while having an attitude a being aggressive with my nails the whole time.

My experience was painful. I had to ask the lady to fix my nails 5 times and she still did not do what I wanted. I still had nail dust all over my hands and she just started painting them either way. All the tools she had were dirty and previously used, it looks like they definitely do not disinfect or clean them. The tables were very dirty as well. I wanted a gold circle on my nails and this is what I got, definitely not a circle. I even showed her photos of the gold circle . My index finger is all splotchy with some gold inside whatever kind of circle concept she did. Not happy. Never going again.

So y'all damaged my grandma's finger nails the lady was supposed to dip them in water before they removed her nails but she stuck something under it to remove the nails and it damaged her nails I would give y'all a better rating so one stare

They were rude and didn’t care to what we asked for. We asked for short coffin and short almond and got these. They are too thick and long. We even showed them photos to what we were asking for. We aren’t even from here and glad we won’t be back again.

I did not have the best experience here, I found it to be dirty and unkempt, so the atmosphere doesn't keep that spa like quality. The technicians speak their language, and for sure, they are talking about you. There were not many colors to choose from, so I had to stick with a color that would do, and after I saw it on my nails, I was disappointed. The quality of my pedi and manicure was just okay.

I called today wanting to take my daughter in for a mani/pedi and they got us right in! They were very friendly and did such a great job. I got French tips and they were very precise and she paid very close attention to detail. Highly recommended!

I went here and got dip done on my nails. The man I had was very nice but he drilled some of my nails down to the quicks. He also filed literal gashes in my fingers. I didn't realize until after I paid that he asked me if I was in school and still didn't give me a student discount which they advertise on the sign outside. They are very rushed. Not a very pleasant time for me as it was a sloppy job and painful experience.

Told the nail tech my daughter only needed regular polish, then they gave her gel polish options to choose from without mentioning they were the gel options.
Let my daughter get the gel polish at an upcharge because she was already set on the color and then all of the polish peeled off like a loose sticker less than 12 hours later.
We were uncomfortable the whole time because the same tech was being really rude and snappy to the other client he was working on before us. And the children’s pedicure chairs massage settings did not work and they were dirty and dusty, I can’t imagine how long it’s been since they were cleaned thoroughly.

Jay is the man to see! He was gentle and friendly. I love how my nails turned out. Showed him a picture at glance at he was on it. I'll definitely be back. He hand drew the flowers, so much detail and it turned out better than I imagined. Thank you Jay ?
