The IRS is terrible. Refuse to pay in a timely manner but when you owe they charge you a fine for every day you haven't paid. Hard to pay when they REFUSE to pay you. Still haven't received my money and yet my debt keeps racking up cause of their incompetence.

The experience with miss duke was awesome what a sweet understanding helpful non judgemental person she is. Deff wasnt expecting that kind of treatment at this office. 6 stars for mrs duke
