The pharmacy technicians are kind but what I can’t understand is why the pharmacist just sits back there, checking prescriptions and never runs the cash register and doesn’t even seem to help fill. I know it’s important role that the pharmacist has to check the medication before it is released to the customer but they could do a little bit more because the technicians are definitely overworked, and over whelmed especially when there’s only one there.

One star is even being generous, I've called to check on a prescription & because it was almost there lunch time i have been lied to about the due dates for my medicine & had to go without my medicine till the next day and this has happened twice..another time I called and whoever answered said they were transferring me to the pharmacy when they answered she legit said Kroger Pharmacy & when I asked bout my prescription she tried to act like my call got transfered to the wrong place & she'd transfer me but instead she hung up on me & refused to pick up the phone after and I yet again had to go without my meds..I know people do stuff to get out of work but lying And with holding someone's medicine that they NEED and playing with people's HEALTH & FORCING THEM to go without just to get out of a few minutes worth of work or end your shift sooner or just to go on a half hr break is FOUL, DISGUSTING AS HELL, AND NOT TO MENTION IM ALMOST POSITIVE IS ILLEGAL & I WOUKDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY..if you're wantimg to choose a Kroger pharmacy in wheeling WV area My Dechantal Kroger is where I'd recommend

The Warwood Pharmacy at Kroger's really takes good care of you. They give vaccines and can do a lipid panel. Great service.

Krogers has a no return policy on s*** i bought 10 minutes ago. I also have a no return policy. Ill be shopping at riesbecks or walmart from now on.

Completely rude, every time we go there there's an issue. They talk down to their customers because they don't have your meds ready when called in days ahead of time and they blame it on the insurance, computer error, or the way the Dr called it in. It's The same meds and the same insurance every month. It's obvious that their staff needs better training, and a crash course on how to treat customers with respect. Get it together Kroger's pharmacy in Warwood.

I stopped in after being released from the hospital to pick up an important prescription for my granddaughter & the pharmacy was just closing. Instead of telling me to come back tomorrow, the pharmacist & the tech stayed to fill the prescription on their own time. I greatly appriciate them going ot if their way to help when it read needed most. Thank you again Kroger Pharmacy. Your ther best!
