my treatment from the person helping me check in to the nurse to the nurse practitioner was absolutely amazing! Finally compassionate people who took care of the issues I was dealing with! I worked at Wheeling hospital for 28 years and never even had that awesome care from my own coworkers!

Called Billing and was spoke to so rudely and then hung up on in the middle of trying to ask a question by a female representative who did not give her name. Only reason in giving 2 stars is for the service my son was giving by the clinic at the time of his service and the second lady representative I spoke with after being hung up on during the first call. Billing department needs help get people on the phone who enjoy helping others not grouchy women with attitudes. I pray my son never has to deal with this place ever again

Biggest scam in the world. Want you to keep a credit card on file so that if your insurance doesn't cover everything they can automatically take it out of your account. If you can't send me a bill and let me pay it what good are your services. What a joke

My husband and I were traveling in our motorhome when my husband fell and hurt his knee. We got to town and saw the doctor the next day. The front staff is polite and very helpful. The PA we saw was nice and informative. Luckily my husband just had a bruise knee and was given steroids which helped immensely. Thank you!

I was traveling 10 hours from Pennsylvania to Indiana to take my son to school. Before we left that morning, I sliced open my knee on the bottom of the refrigerator when putting it in the car. Halfway into our drive we found this place and decided to stop in to see if I could get stitched up. Due to my circumstances, they were able to squeeze me in and fix me up. Everyone I dealt with that day was so friendly and accommodating. I was back on the road within an hour. I would highly recommend this location.
