My Daughter took my 4 year old granddaughter to this location because she had a tick in her arm to be seen. It was 2 mins after they closed and they refused to see my granddaughter and made her take her to the hospital. Do better med express this is a child and lime disease is so serious for young children. It would not have hurt them to help with this they are supposed to be health care providers and refusing a child is a poor example of health care providers!!!! Which then made my daughter have to sit for 3 1/2 hours at the ER putting my granddaughter around other germs that wasn’t necessary!

Lady at desk told me food poisoning isn’t a workers comp case. Asked her for a sample cup for my sickness she refused me sent to restroom after being told by a food service professional how to test for food poisoning and being at the er for it before I was told by a nurse she wouldn’t have ordered a test for that.
I was refused treatment for what I asked for going in was never treated here because of how I was treated. I walked out and said boy I’d like to punch the lady at the desk and they called police over that and had me banned because a nurses was outside had no idea what was even happening inside she hit a panic button inside. I have everything recorded on my phone. Someone’s gonna hear about it.

Our provider Megan, was wonderful. Very patient, kind and personable with myself and my daughter. All staff members were kind. The receptionist was kind of rude but looking at other reviews... it seems like thats nothing new. Visit was quick. 10/10 recommend!

It was a totally positive experience from the time I walked in until the time I left . Everyone was kind and very careful with my hurting foot. It is very clean and a well organized facility. I highly recommend it.

This new team is very friendly, kind, and professional. The level of care was clear and the connections they have to the local hospitals for timing made their recommendations and decisions well educated. Exceptional.

I have had so many past positive experiences when this place was MedExpress. I just tried to take my daughter to be seen, only to be turned away because they do not accept cash! The sign in processes was tedious and slow.
To top it all off, the receptionist was incredibly rude.

Worst customer service ever. I have been there twice and walked out both times. I've seen the same receptionist both times and she was so rude. She didnt help me with the issue I was having signing in. She didn't even look at my insurance card. I have valid insurance but she insisted it wasnt valid and I needed to pay cash or my son couldn't be seen. I will never go back there.
