Tires were for a great price but 160 for shipping and my tires got split up in transit. 3 made it to Georgia and 1 is still in Indiana. If I would've known I was paying 160 for fedex to deliver I would've just ordered from somewhere else

I originally ordered 4 tires at 4WP, horrible service. 7 months, no tires, no refund. I had to fight tooth and nail to get my $1600 back. They charged before the shipment. I found National Tire and Wheel, secured my order and my tires shipped next day. I wish I had found NTW first. Great customer service, quick shipping. I could not be happier

I’ve purchased thousands and thousands of dollars in lift kits, tires and wheels over the past few decades from these guys. Always great deals. They’ve special ordered stuff for me and installed stuff for me. Never had an issue. I’m guessing I’ve purchased about 20 sets of tires and half a dozen sets of wheels. Plus the lift kits. And shocks. And wheel spacers.

Most knowledgeable people in specialty tires and rims. Ordered mud tires and rims mounted and balanced. Im in East virginia...set up got delivered to my shop in under 24 hrs. FREAKIN AMAZING. RIMS AND TIRES CAME IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.

I ordered some tires from them and they shipped it to the wrong address. I will be the first to admit I may have put in the wrong address, but it's more likely they messed the address up. Either way they told me I was SOL and now I am out $505. Screw you NTW, do not trust these guys.

I WAS SKEPTICAL ORDERING $6500 WHEELS ONLINE FROM ANYWHERE, BUT SEEN THE REVIEWS AND DECIDED TO GO AHEAD AND ORDER, GLAD I DID!!!!!!!! ORDERED WHEELS N TIRES FOR MY 2017 f350 DUALLY FRIDAY NIGHT, AND WEDNESDAY BOUT 2pm I HAD THEM DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE!!!!!!! I AM SUPER HAPPY WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THE PACKING AND QUALITY OF SERVICE IS JUST AS GOOD AS IT GETS!!!!!! WILL DEFINITELY ORDER MORE WHEELS AND OR TIRES FROM HERE!!!!!

This place is amazing my rep Keith was so awesome, from the day I ordered my original tires he called me to tell me that they weren’t in stock. He looked around and gave me many options to be a potential option. From day one him I hit off like to old friends. He was extremely helpful kind understanding and worked with me and my budget and offered lots of options for me to find what I was looking for. Every time we spoke it was always awesome. He spent a tremendous amount of time and effort to find and help me get my Mickey Thompson exp tires that were so hard to track down . I would definitely recommend him and this place to anyone and everyone. Keith it was always a pleasure working with you and for my future I will be definitely giving you a call. Ordered a set of tires online. Checked the next day to see when they would ship. And they say that they are 45-60 backorder minimum. That’s something that they should tell you on there site. So then I asked to switch with something else similar in price. Well come to find out there site was messed up and the prices were wrong. So the tires I ordered were 199. The next day they are 411. Come to find out a lot of other people ordered tires that same time. But they wouldn’t honor it or offer a discount for there mistake. After I explained that I was a repeat customer. Not very good service. To me that’s false advertising. Anyway they don’t have to worry about me buying from them again.

Have been waiting on rims since May 14th, now July 21st. I knew they had some backorder and they let me know it would be about 6 weeks, and I was ok with it but the least they can do is give me some updates on the order. Good prices though can't complain about that.
