My husband bought a pipe that they sold him clearly stating it was for a particular gas line. It did not pass inspection with the gas company. The agent said it was the wrong pipe Husband tried to return it twice and they refused, said it’s not their problem. The salesman sold him the pipe that he said would work! $180 gone

NPPS is the first place I go to for great customer service, first hand knowledge and competitive pricing on everything from copper service line to large polyethylene piping and fittings . It's a testament to their business that I can still call and get a VP on the phone. Always recommend to other engineering and gas professionals. Keep up the great work!
