They are very loving with her and they are very respectful of the fact that she is my guide dog. They treat her with so much respect. They are very understanding. I even mixed up her appointment date and brought her in on the wrong day. They were very busy, but they took the time to groom her anyways. How thoughtful of them. She is so soft and smells so good when they are done with her. I am so glad I decided to bring Gracie to them. I would never take Gracie anywhere else.

The staff was super nice and accommodating. I called the day she was in to check on her and the staff got back to me within the hour. I was able to add on an ice cream treat no problem. It wasn’t expensive either. Would def recommend!!

The atmosphere is beautiful, it's rustic, the view from the patio is gorgeous, the staff is amazingly friendly (really enjoyed meeting the owners who were working the kitchen!), and the food was phenomenal! The only thing that is a negative here is the fact that it was incredibly noisy. I would never have thought that that would be an issue. But it was actually hard to hear. So I would not if I was on a romantic date. Want to come here. Which is very sad because as I said the food was excellent. I have no problem paying more money for quality food.. But the noise level was just over the top. I don't know if it has something to do with it being an old building and the ceiling is raised... Or what it is but if I were them I would probably look into it. As that was the consensus of our group that night... I have spoken to others who have mentioned the same thing. Great food, good service.. But just too noisy. That's a shame

I will say, the space is cramped with patrons for 3 businesses fighting to get through. Additionally, having to order food at one place, then go to the bar and wait in another line to get drinks was less than ideal.
But the food is worth the trip. Great burgers, and it's right next to the arena if you're going to a game.

You better know what you want. lol. The pickup was quicker than expected. The fish is cooked perfectly. On two slices of white bread. Now I know what the deluxe meant if you want a bun. Definitely delicious.

338 National Rd, WheelingMy Ghost hunting team from Michigan were at the Ross House for a paranormal investigation and we were driving around and found this restaurant online and thought we would try it, Food was amazing pickle fries are like the best! and our waitress was more then amazing, she was running outside and inside and still managed to keep our table of 4 satisfied. we will be back when we are in that area, Highly recommend this place.
