“The pharmacy technicians are kind but what I can’t understand is why the pharmacist just sits back there, checking prescriptions and never runs the cash register and doesn’t even seem to help fill. I know it’s important role that the pharmacist has to check the medication before it is released to the customer but they could do a little bit more because the technicians are definitely overworked, and over whelmed especially when there’s only one there.”

“We used a big name pharmacy for years because it was convenient and all we knew. My brother recommended MedRX a couple years ago, but we thought it would be a hassle to change. After many irritations with the big name pharmacy we finally decided to just move our prescriptions to MedRX. They have been so great! Can't say enough good things! We even changed my mom's precriptions to MedRX because they will deliver them to her.
I recently had to go to Rapid Care and in the 15 minutes it took me to drive to MedRX, my precriptions were filled.”
