I recently had a problem with leaving for vacation before my prescriptions were due for refill, and they took care of this stressful situation for me and exceeded my expectations! “Krogers is a great grocery store with a nice free app for your smartphone. Every Friday they give you a free Friday gift every week, and every Friday! You have to download the app and push the coupon for the free Friday and you just go and grab it. No purchase required for some. There's a lot of ways to multiple your Krogers points to get money off gas, such as 4 times when you buy gift cards and phone cards.”

“I believe the lovely lady who helped me over the phone todays name was Beth. I called in absolute tears over some prescriptions that my provider had told me they did not have any refills on and they are not letting me schedule an appointment at the moment. Not only did she confirm that I did in fact have refills, she also help me calm down and reassured me that if ever happens again to give them a call and it will be taken care of.”

“Pharmacy and store have very helpful employees that seem genuinely concerned about the customers. The pharmacy seems a little understaffed and stressed out at times, but still willing to answer questions. Glad they get a lunch break but wish they were open late at least one night a week.”
