I believe the lovely lady who helped me over the phone todays name was Beth. I called in absolute tears over some prescriptions that my provider had told me they did not have any refills on and they are not letting me schedule an appointment at the moment. Not only did she confirm that I did in fact have refills, she also help me calm down and reassured me that if ever happens again to give them a call and it will be taken care of.

Horrible experience at the pharmacy today. Was stopping by to get an Adderall prescription for a recent attempt to work on my adhd alongside my therapist and doctor. I understand there's a shortage at the moment, but when I asked about a waitlist or any more information I was met with extremely pointed and condescending questions about if this was my local pharmacy or not. It was. She mentioned that my last stop was in 2021 and the dosage was different and said "you know that right?" Implying that maybe I was lying or I guess trying to resell it. Yes it is different that was the last time I was prescribed this and I explained I'm trying a lower dosage this time around. (She forgot to mention my stop just a few week ago for some antibiotics) I left in shock and feeling like I don't belong here. I'll never come back here again. The local pharmacy across the street is much nicer.

Conflicting accounts of when my medicine is ready. Lady on phone said 15 minutes. Husband drove 20 min and found it would be another 45 min. He could not find the lady who told him 15 min.Today my prescription was sent in approx 9:45 am. It is now 4:10 pm. Still not done.Sorry, Walgreens, I have to go elsewhere. Since you bought out RiteAid, service has gone from bad to worse.

I couldn't ask for better or kinder people to have to deal with having a chronic illness than these fabulous ladies and gentlemen!!! They are always seriously ALWAYS awesome no matter what I going thru or my mood. I have been coming here for over 35 years and will do so until I die no matter where I live!!

Went in and asked the pharmacy a question, big mistake one of the most rude interactions I've had in a very long time. Will not go back in there for anything.
