We drove an hour for an appointment on a Thursday. We had all our paperwork. The man comes out says we r missing a paper that I know was in there. Do not trust these guys. We won't be back. Taking pleasure in giving someone a hard time is very sad. I don't understand why your tech took my paper and lied said we didn't have it. I had to take my new born out run all over to get a paper notorized again. When the jerk could have called and had it emailed from dmv. That's how I know he took my paper to give us a hard time. I find it hard to believe he didn't know that the dmv would give him a copy. Also the 800 # is useless they don't answer or call back. Go with life saver. They answer and confirm appointments.
