Straub Collision Center in Wheeling and the Service Center at the Highlands are the only places I will take my car for servicing. I was kept updated on the repairs and was called when the wheel for my car was delayed, and this was due to shipping. My car was detailed and I did not expect that. Thank you!!

Avoid this place at all costs!! They waited just shy of 3 months on a wheel to start the repairs. I eventually had to contact the manufacturer to get the contact information for Straubs to order it. If it wasn’t for that I would probably still be waiting! Once the repairs were complete, I was able to pick up my truck with check engine lights on that they knew about from the accident. Since I’ve picked my truck up a month ago, it’s been at the dealer twice for repairs that they missed and also back to the collision center twice to fix their horrendous orange peel paint job.

Worst experience ever. 1st took the car in for a warranty paint job where I still had to pay half, took almost 5 months to get it worked out and in then another month in the shop. Car comes out paint still missing in places peeling off ect. I go in show Dustin(who will never return your calls) and he says it wasn't sent in with original claim the specific spots for some reason and he will get it squared away. So I'm charged 1500$ and told they will resubmit. Monthes of calling and asking and getting ghosted by Dustin I find out they've been stringing me along and Honda was never going to approve their mistake. I had to call Honda warranty at the dealership and get that info myself and was told that it was denied MONTHES ago. After everything, I'm being told I'm basically SOL and out 1500$. If I could give 0 stars I would terrible service.

My vehicle drove itself into a tree. It may or may not be because I forgot to put it in park and walked away. It also might have been gnomes. Don’t really know, but I hear they’ve been unionizing and more effectively organizing their automotive mischief. Anyway, Straub Collision was phenomenal. My insurance company was a waking nightmare, and Straub helped me every step of the way, always friendly, always ready to do whatever needed to be done. Super grateful to the whole team.
