Terrible never fixed laptop. they had it from July 12-aug 26th. Took them 2 hours to find it when I went to pick it up. Said they couldn't find a motherboard for it. Which I found on several sites online. They only called me once to give me an estimate on cost to repair I had to keep calling them. Beware of this place!!!

Took my laptop to Tech NXN to swap out a keyboard. Owner called to tell me that my hard drive crashed while he was working on it. All the information on my computer gone. When I picked up the remains of my computer his wife the gall to charge me $29 for labor. Took it up to Best Buy to see what they could do. When I opened it up I saw that the keyboard installation was beyond shoddy. Would not recommend.
