This store is the worst they won't even answer the phone and they can't say they are too busy to answer the phones because I was standing in this store watching them stand around an ignore the phone. The kids that work in this store do not like their job at all it shows. The colored hair kids completely ignore the phone when it's ringing and that's ridiculous if you don't like your job go find one you do like. Because ignoring the customers because you don't want to do your job is a no go. This store needs new workers that want to work at UPS knowing people will call about packages an not only that when I went to this store for a pickup they tried to tell me it wasn't there without even looking for it tried to tell me it was somewhere else so I'd leave but I made them check for my package an guess what it was in the store but they just didn't do their job an they didn't know what was going on. This is ridiculousNot only that the delivery drivers do NOT knock on your doors to let you know and they will leave envelopes packages out in the rain without knocking to let you know so the wind doesn't blow it off or someone takes it. Worst ups services ever.

I needed to ship internationally and they refused. Seems counterproductive to offer international shipping but not want to do the work for it.

The store has good service but very poor quality packaging skills. I shipped an item from this store which they packaged for me and it showed up damaged because the item was not packed properly. The item moved around in the box because of lack of packaging material

Have called and emailed countless times over the past week trying to talk to someone about opening a mailbox. No replies and no one ever answers. Terrible customer service.

They send half your mail, loose packages, send you someone elses mail and attempt to have you pay for label to be printed at $2.99. This was their mistake and they sent my mail to someone else. A package thatas been in their possecion for 1 month. They had lost packages for up to 3+ months.
