I have called them repeatedly about them leaving packages out by the road on top of the guardrail. My mailbox sits on a heavily trafficked rural road where there are no houses so anyone can stop and grab the package. Today one was sitting in the snow beside the guardrail. Orders are delivered per tracking to the Wheeling office, then says delivery was tried at a certain time, which is was Not and package is now available for pickup at the office, we'll the last time this happened, I went there and they told me it was put on the wrong truck and it's out for delivery, wasted a trip. And they blame Amazon for the issue. The automated phone system absolutely is terrible, won't give you a human after putting in the tracking number 3 times, then hangs up on you. USPS, you need to do better and stop blaming others for your obvious mistakes, the package got to Wheeling then you sent it on a ride up and down the East Coast. Terrible Service.

I had unfortunate situations where my priority mail did not arrive to it's destination in time which caused my son to miss his trip to Ireland. Brad from Wheeling WV location did above and beyond to keep me updated on my package. The service from the 1 800 number and Staffe at wheeling was excellent. Thank you for caring.
