Exaggerated labor costs. Went in for a suspension leveling and was quoted $450 for the part, labor, and front end alignment. Come to find out the part costs $56. So, labor and front end alignment would cost almost $400 for a 1 hour job. Wow. Ended up canceling my appointment, definitely not worth it

I would not recommend them for anything other than tires. I bought a new dodge in 2020 from elm grove dodge and they were recommended through the dealer to have a ladder rack installed as this is essential for my business taking care of the tristate customers that need my services. They installed the rack and the dealer provided me my truck back. The same day I drove off noticing that the ladder rack was almost on the cab of my new truck. Had it not been for my new truck box it would have ruined the cab of my truck as it got caught on it. It was improperly installed and smashed my bed rails as well from over tightening. Through the dealership they corrected the issue using the same lock tight bolts. After about a week the ladder rack was shifting back and fourth . Upon inspection one bolt was missing and the other had almost come off. Covid hit and after several attempts to get to them to correct the issue yet again I bought my own bolts not to mentionthey were not open on weekends either. Just recently my workers and myself had gotten cut by the cracked metal of the bed of my truck. I returned to the dealership and they tried to assist me yet again. Third time now and they do not accept responsibility for thier improperly installed ladder rack and thier shortcomings. It is sad that they would not even offer to assist. It is clearly thier fault. I would not recommend buying anything but tires from this business.

Got my truck aligned here, the work took less than an hour, was done right and the price was very reasonable. Recommended if you have a lifted vehicle like I do!

Went to get a vehicle inspection. They were very friendly and great. They answered my questions and concerns. They are conscience on keeping people safe in their vehicles and on the road.
