Went here to add a line to my account, after being denied by chat reps 4 times due to wrong security questions being asked, went to the store and same thing happened, afterwards went to Walmart and the att guy there tried to lookup my account and said the last 4 of my social was not correct for my account, so I can’t add a line, get a phone, answer security questions or anything due to the last 4 numbers being put in wrong

The workers there were extremely nice and helpful. The worker was extremely helpful with setting up for international travel. Not only did they help me set it up, but he explained in detail on how it worked. He even showed me on my phone how the cellular data will look and such.

Robert and John went above and beyond to be sure we got the best rates possible.

Robert was very helpful and friendly. He went out of his way (and even stayed past closing time) to help us out.
We had to drive from Bridgeport to Fairmont because the Bridgeport store wasn’t willing to hold up to the signed contract we did with them when we bought our phones.
I’m not sure if it was greed of the employees or just laziness but they didn’t want to help in Bridgeport, so a 20 minute drive and an interaction with an employee like Robert made everything better.

The staff of Perry & Nino were soooo very helpful of charging & changing my Apple Watch to my new one. I enjoy coming in this store because they are always very patient & very willing to help me & answer my questions. KUDOS to all! ????

Was quoted forty dollars lower than what I got billed. Was also given a “promotion” by the store that had expired the month before. Their solution was “use twitter to try to talk to someone”. US Cellular was much much cheaper.

I came here three times trying to trade in for the new iphone. The first time they said it would take over an hour. That’s all the time I had so I had to leave but at least the two gentleman were nice. 2nd time I got Nico and idk what made him Get into sales but he needs to get out of it. He single-handedly made me question why I was even an ATT customer. He just kept spouting off all the costs and fees for upgrading. Never gave so much as a smile or asked any questions about my experience or what I’m looking for in a phone. I got the impression he didn’t even want me in the store. I politely said I’d just come back another time and I was told I could come back and do the trade in. What Nico didn’t tell me apparently is the iPhone trade in allowance had an expiration date that was apparently the next couple days. He knew but it’s apparent he doesn’t like customers so for whatever reason he didn’t tel me. I came in a 3rd time and the wait was over an hour but I waited specifically for the other guy and not Nico because I didn’t feel like being sucked into his void of happiness and be talked out of a purchase again. Turns out in a little over 2 weeks my iPhone trade in went from $830 to 350. They wouldn’t do anything even something closer to my original quote. They wont waive upgrade fees no matter how long you’ve been a customer. I don’t even know why they have sales guys when they don’t want to sell you a phone and obviously aren’t there to make customers happy. The other guy wanted to give me at least 700 but Nico wouldn’t allow it because he just doesn’t care about his job, customers, or anything. I got the impression he was the manager too but no idea how he got there.
