Was quoted forty dollars lower than what I got billed. Was also given a “promotion” by the store that had expired the month before. Their solution was “use twitter to try to talk to someone”. US Cellular was much much cheaper.

I came here three times trying to trade in for the new iphone. The first time they said it would take over an hour. That’s all the time I had so I had to leave but at least the two gentleman were nice. 2nd time I got Nico and idk what made him Get into sales but he needs to get out of it. He single-handedly made me question why I was even an ATT customer. He just kept spouting off all the costs and fees for upgrading. Never gave so much as a smile or asked any questions about my experience or what I’m looking for in a phone. I got the impression he didn’t even want me in the store. I politely said I’d just come back another time and I was told I could come back and do the trade in. What Nico didn’t tell me apparently is the iPhone trade in allowance had an expiration date that was apparently the next couple days. He knew but it’s apparent he doesn’t like customers so for whatever reason he didn’t tel me. I came in a 3rd time and the wait was over an hour but I waited specifically for the other guy and not Nico because I didn’t feel like being sucked into his void of happiness and be talked out of a purchase again. Turns out in a little over 2 weeks my iPhone trade in went from $830 to 350. They wouldn’t do anything even something closer to my original quote. They wont waive upgrade fees no matter how long you’ve been a customer. I don’t even know why they have sales guys when they don’t want to sell you a phone and obviously aren’t there to make customers happy. The other guy wanted to give me at least 700 but Nico wouldn’t allow it because he just doesn’t care about his job, customers, or anything. I got the impression he was the manager too but no idea how he got there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They gave me the wrong information about a phone case and so I drove all the way from clarksburg just to find out they are a bunch of idiots. With gas prices these days I had to leave the store before I slapped one of them for being so stupid.

Service was terrible. Dino started working with us and then answered another call while we waited several minutes then took my money to pay off my phone and said he couldn’t help us change plans we had to go online and do it ourselves. One if the Worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

Dropped in yesterday evening at almost closing with several needs for our new phone. We were greeted and taken care of by Clayton. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He sold us the items we needed and provided excellent service. Even though it was almost closing, he never made us feel rushed or like we were a bother. We recommend this location to everyone. All the staff has gone above and beyond. Nino was our salesman when we bought the phone, and we couldn't have been happier. The Manager I believe is Austin and he is always willing to jump in and help customers and his staff. Great job guys

Great location!! Employees and manager Austin are all very professional.VERY detailed oriented and will be honest and upfront about products and cost so your not surprised down the road. Anyone leaving bad reviews, either didn't have something go their way and probably threw a fit or were being pain rude to the employees and were corrected as how you should be talking to one human to another. If you have any questions or looking for a new at&t store or service provider I highly recommend manager Austin and his co-workers at the fairmont location!!

I went in today with questions concerning my bill. Austin was more than happy to help and also explained everything as he did it. It was a quick and painless process. I cannot recommend Austin more!

Horrible experience with manager Austin. Very rude, arrogant and unprofessional. He needs to find a job where he does not work with the public.Would not recommend this store to anyone. I went to AT&T at the Morgantown Mall and was treated 100% better.

For such a small store the service is top notch. Fixed an issue on my phone that I had been trying to get fixed while living in NC with multiple trips to many stores that had no idea what the problem was and would redirect me to other stores. This store fixed in 15 minutes WOW!!! Most impressive. Excellent customer service and friendly every time I come in.
