Yesterday I went in trying to find new diamonds paintings that I had seen online. I was helped by Zack and he was super friendly. Found me what I need and then some! I had a few projects I’ve been working on and he helped me find all the materials I needed! I hope I run into Zack the next time I come in! 😊

One thing I always appreciate about shopping anywhere (esp at Michaels in Fairmont) is being greeted & offered help. I don't have to stare down or track someone down usually. They are eager to help. It makes the difference in my shopping experience & often, my day. So thank you everyone for your kindness.

Olivia is a wonderful employee, she’s so kind and knowledgeable. She even gave my little toddler a balloon on our way out the door and he’s still raving about it. Definitely will be coming back to this store! Thank you!!
