“Staff is so sweet and nice! I think my car got hit and scratched and the workers came out after they saw me looking at my car to make sure I was okay! Not only that but they helped me wipe away some of the scratches away! Definitely coming to this specific store more often!”

“Very nice staff! My mom wanted to get a birthday cookie for our dog last night. After some unexpected delays, we didn't end up making it to the pet store until 8pm..right as they were set to close.Watching the poor kid working in the store literally run for the door to lock it as my mom ran across the parking lot to try to get in was a high point in my night. I'd have left 5 stars just for the entertainment factor of that experience, but a different worker was kind enough to unlock the door and let my mom get the birthday cookie, so I'm also leaving 5 stars for the kindness of that lady. She didn't have to unlock the door for my mom, and we wouldn't have blamed her if she hadn't.”

“We always take our dog here. They do an excellent job, but really wish they didn't keep him so late in the evening to pick up. It's often 9 pm or later. Not a complaint- just wish the pickup hours were better”

“The store is always clean and has some of our favorite products that are hard to find in bigger stores.
In some of our earlier visits, we were told they didn't carry products that we then found immediately ourselves, so I'm not sure if the staff is the most familiar with the products, but everyone we've talked to has been nice.
We've always enjoyed bringing our pups in and love having a local store so close.”
