Has some trouble calling for service. No one answered that extension so left voicemail. This was mid morning. No one returned the call by 4:15 so called again—no one answered again. Called back and asked for sales. A very nice sales person answered and said they would walk to the service area and get someone for me . That was not a good experience! However, when I brought my vehicle in, I was promptly greeted by a nice young lady named Kayla who checked me in . The service was performed in a timely manner. That was a much better experience!

My car was here for over 6 hours, 2 different visits and this dealership can't fix a sensor issue on a Jeep Cherokee? I am beyond unhappy with this service department. They still can't figure out how to fix it and no one seems to care.

As far as the service goes once they ordered my parts, it was good. But the issue all started 1.5 years ago and was told my parts were on back order. I would call and stop in trying to find out when parts would be in and I understood that parts were an issue. I went in this past September and asked to speak to a manager, his only response as he raised his hand in the air was eh it’s a parts issue and never looked into it. I went back in, in October and spoke to a new service manager and he looked into what was going on and found the parts were never ordered and apologized. Parts got ordered and has now been fixed.I reached out to Urse concerning how the manager didn’t seem to care but never got any type of reply after being told that someone would be in touch with me. I have been a loyal Urse customer but not sure I will be back.

Wonderful, wonderful experience!!! Urse took the stress and hassle out of trading cars. The Urse Sales Team were beyond kind, generous and understanding when it came to getting the numbers to where I needed them to make the deal happen. This Team went out of their way to make the experience fast, FUN, and hassle free.

I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. Purchased a new vehicle and the salesman was great. Sales manager and finance bent over backwards to get me what I needed. I’m a customer for life.

Very disappointed in the service. I have owned several Ram trucks in my life. Went to the express lane and waited over 3 hours for an oil change. I was then advised to have the differential serviced, and it was not covered with any of my maintenance plan coverage. after my long wait, I was told I’d receive a discount on the diff service since I had been there for going on 4 hours at this point. At the end of my trip, I was charged the full $286, no one in sight to ask about their discount I was getting. Tired of waiting and had to go to work. 4 hour trip that I thought I’d be an hour at most. On the plus side, they did plug a sensor back in and get the oil changed.

My husband and I just went to Urse today and came home with a new to us car. We were met by Noah and Amanda. They were awesome. Then we met Pat and Deon and they were great as well. They all made us feel great and helped us get what we wanted. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am a return customer and as expected the service was amazing. Deon represented and advocated for me to get the best deal possible. He was running to get the information requested and took the time to listen to me. The rest of the staff were amazing in each of their roles throughout the purchasing process. Highly recommend URSE and especially recommend Deon as a sales professional of choice.

Will not honor warranty. Have a 2020 Jeep Compass that my son purchased used with 22,000 miles on it. Started making a clunk sound when accelerating. Called to have it checked out but since it wasn't purchased there they won't look at it even though it is still covered by factory bumper to bumper warranty. So in your best interest please stay away from this dealership. I have had similar issue in the past on another vehicle about 20 years ago. Seems they still don't care about custemer service. This will be copied to Jeep headquarters.
