“They go out of their way to make sure your rig is ready to ride. 3 times they stopped what they were doing to help us when we had "unfortunate riding problems ", they got us going again, chased parts from Gilbert & stayed late. Great people.”

“My car got stuck in a ditch on a driveway near this business. I was totally stuck and about to call a tow company when the owner of Hainer's noticed and kindly offered to help. He studied the situation and then used his knowledge and skills to prop the car up and carefully guide it back onto the driveway without needing a truck or tearing up the underside. He never asked me for a penny!”
“Good place to get parts for your vehicle but be patient with them they are usually very busy and tryin to do 2 or 4 thing at a time. Very helpful and friendly works there just when you go don't be in a hurry give yourself some time cause they try there best to help everyone they just got so much they are doing at once”
