“My car got stuck in a ditch on a driveway near this business. I was totally stuck and about to call a tow company when the owner of Hainer's noticed and kindly offered to help. He studied the situation and then used his knowledge and skills to prop the car up and carefully guide it back onto the driveway without needing a truck or tearing up the underside. He never asked me for a penny!”

“Anna was absolutely a life saver! The wheel bearings in my motorcycle went out while I was on a trip south from Ohio. Even though they don’t work on bikes, she worked with her parts supplier to secure the wheel bearings and talked with the local motorsports repair shop to fit me in so they could be replaced. Anna went above and beyond to help. She thought outside the box and helped me solve my problem. That’s true customer service!”

“This is a mining repair shop. However, I had needs for minor sand blasting issues on a project, and the guy was more than willing to accommodate. While they fixed my issue, I noticed the others working diligently on their projects, and each showed great skill in welding and fabrication. I'm sure any business taken there will be in good hands!”
