We have banked at BB&T for many years. The drive thru is terrible. The people are friendly, but they need to tell someone to come IN who is dealing in bulk. Business deposits and bulk should not be done in the drive thru. We have been caught in the line for 30 minutes. Tell them to come in side. Thank you.
